Recipe Process
Wash the vegetables & cut them into small pieces. Put all the vegetables, dal, salt, ½ tbsp turmeric powder and 3 to 4 cups of water in a Pressure Cooker on medium flame. After two whistle switch off the gas & open the lid after some time. Now heat 3 teaspoon of ghee oil in a frying pan. Add jeera, mustard, bay leaves, chopped onions and 3-4 dry chilies. Fry till they turn golden brown. Put all the boiled vegetable & dal to the pan and stir well. Add jeera powder and chili powder. Now the dalma is ready.

150gm chana dal(Buta dali) 50gm papaya (amrutabhanda) 50gm brinjal (Baigana) 100gm potato (alu) 50gm pumpkin (Kakharu) 1 big onion (piaja) 3-4 dry chili (sukhila lanka) ½ teaspoon mustard (sorisha) 1 ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) 1 bay leaves (teja patra) ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (haladi gunda) 2-teaspoon of Ghee 1 teaspoon cumin & chili powder (Fry cumin seed & red chili & grind) ½ tea spoon chili powder (lanka gunda) salt to taste
