Grind 2-chopped onion, 5-garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger & make paste. Wash & boil baby potatoes. Peel the skin & cut into half. Take oil in pan, fry few amount of panch futan & half piece dalchin until it crackle. Add paste. Fry these masala till done. Then add methi patra, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato chopped & salt. Fry for 10 mins. Then add aloo & boil water to the masala. Let it cook till gravy becomes thick,sprinkle garam masala. Serve it with puri/luchi. |
